It's never boring! Being popular means our employees don't spend much “down” time wondering what to do next. Working at a busy, well managed, highly regarded restaurant is exciting and fulfilling.

It pays well. Our starting wage for hourly employees is $7.50 per hour, and many employees start at a higher hourly wage, based on their qualifications. Full time benefits (explained below) can add nearly $4 per hour to the wage and benefits package.

The benefits are great. We hire both part time and full time employees, and give generous benefits to both.

Part-time employees (less than 30 hours per week) are entitled to: free uniform, free employee meals, 25% discount, birthday off with pay each year, paid vacation after 6 months, and 401K retirement plan (with matching) after 6 months.

Full Time employees (30 or more hours per week) are entitled to everything above PLUS paid health insurance, dental insurance, short term disability and long term disability insurance and life insurance.

POSITIONS
We hire for the following positions, and encourage you to apply for any you may be qualified for:

• Dish/Bus – Talented, highly energetic folks who keep our dishes clean and our tables ready for seating. Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Kitchen Prep – Using the same recipes we have since we opened our doors, our prep team makes enough food every week to serve thousands of eager guests. Previous experience preferred.
• Meat Carver – These highly skilled artisans prepare each entrée to order using their knife and line cook skills. Previous experience required.
• Cashier – accurate and friendly staff ring thousands of meals a day allowing those lines of hungry guests to move quickly. Previous cashier experience helpful.
• Counter Server – these friendly and knowledgeable folks take your order and convey it to the meat carver for immediate preparation and serving. Previous customer service experience helpful but not required.
• Takeout Window Staff – Our window personnel quickly and efficiently serve customers from the takeout windows as we cater to this important segment of our customer base. Previous drive-thru or fast food takeout experience is helpful but not required.
